I am inviting selected people to become shareholders and help shape FRITZ MENDEL from the beginning. Your contribution should strengthen what we can make, who we can reach and how we build the business.
These are proposed terms for discussion. The company is still to be formed. Any investment depends on formation, agreement on your contribution and final shareholder documentation. Applying does not allocate shares or commit you to invest. No investment is accepted through this website.
One watch for the whole of everyday. Our ambition: the best new mechanical watch we can build for under €5,000.
Beautiful with a suit. At home in an active life. Personal enough to become the watch you reach for every morning. That is the idea we are working to turn into a tested, finished product.
For the first standard model, we intend to cover production and delivery costs, applicable taxes and a modest organisational allowance. We are not aiming for a product profit margin on that model.
We intend to build profitability through later models. The first watch has to establish our standards and earn the trust of its owners. There is no promised return or timetable for a return on an investment.
